🧵 How It's Made
It all starts at the neck. You'll cast on and work in the round through ribbing and broken rib, then bind off a few stitches for the face opening and turn to work back and forth as the hood grows. Short rows shape the top by working the sides into a center panel, one decrease at a time. Finally, you'll pick up stitches around the face, knit a ribbed casing with eyelets, and fold it around a knitted i-cord drawstring for a snug, adjustable finish.

Can I make it without the drawstring?
Yes, and for very small children you should. The Toddler size is written without drawstring eyelets.
